Why Nollywood Actress Omotola Jalade was disappointed Over 2019 Oscar Awards
Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, a voting member of the Oscars, has expressed her displeasure towards the 2019 Oscars award.

The Veteran actress said she’s is not so happy that no African movie made it to the 2019 Oscars nomination list.

Omotola, who was enlisted into the voting membership of the Oscar Awards in 2018, made the disclosure in an Instagram post where she conveyed her thoughts on the nominated movies.

Jalade-Ekeinde isn’t the only Nigerian who was invited to join the Oscar awards voters in 2018. Femi Odugbemi, a filmmaker, was also invited.

Movies like ‘The Favourite’ and ‘Roma’ were the most nominated movies, receiving 10 each, while ‘Black Panther’ earned seven nominations.

Maurizio Sarri has blocked out his critics as his public barbs towards his own players did the trick in lighting a fire to get past Tottenham in the Carabao Cup semi-final at Stamford Bridge.

It was an outstanding display from Hazard, who left the false 9 position to play in his preferred left wing spot and it was a masterclass in wing play him with his dribbling and crossing being the biggest threat on the night.

However, after what was a dismal half for an overly aggressive Tottenham side, they came out with more composure and attacking threat in the second half.

A front three of Fernando Llorente, Christian Eriksen and Erik Lamela clicked into gear and, the Spain international who was targeted by Chelsea under Antonio Conte, struck back to make it 2-2 on aggregate.

It must be said that the absences of Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Son Heung-min were a big miss, as the trio had six of their side's eight goals in the competition ahead of kick off.

There were penalty shouts, yellow cards and Gonzalo Higuain got to witness it first hand after being unvelied to the crowd ahead of kick off.

Higuain still looks like he could be the final piece in the puzzle as Giroud wasn't one of the star performers on a freezing cold night in the London derby. His last minute header wide perhaps shows the need for the new arrival from Serie A.

Anything less than a Chelsea win over two legs would have been harsh on Sarri, who not only used his system to earn a chance at his first trophy but also his man-management ability, as his words were heard by a dressing room that has seen off more managers than most.

Reports suggest that Arsenal have approached Manchester United regarding a potential loan deal for centre-back Eric Bailly.

Arsenal are keen on signing Manchester United’s Eric Bailly on a loan deal with an option to sign him permanently, according to reports.

Unai Emery is unsatisfied with his current defensive options at the North London club, who have shipped a whopping 32 goals so far in their Premier League campaign

The manager has just been dealt a further blow with the recent injury to Hector Bellerin – who could be out for up to nine months after rupturing an anterior cruciate ligament in the Gunners’ 2-0 win over Chelsea

Bailly appears to be Emery’s favoured choice to come in as a defensive reinforcement due to his experience in the league and problematic situation at United.

According to The Daily Mail, United have already rejected an enquiry from Arsenal for the centre-back.

The 24-year-old was signed by former manager Jose Mourinho in 2016from Villarreal for a fee reportedly in the region of £30m.

Bailly, who has 33 caps for Ivory Coast, enjoyed great success in his first two seasons at the club, winning the League Cup and Europa League in his debut season and finishing second in the league in the follow-up campaign.

However, the Ivorian has not featured much for the Red Devils this season, having made only one appearance under new caretaker manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The Daily Mail states that Emery is looking to “exploit” the uncertainty over Bailly’s future at United in order to entice him to join Arsenal on loan, with an option to buy in the summer.

Marvel Video Reveals How 'Avengers' Go in Disguise

If you’re a superhero in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, chances are your identity is not so secret. In many cases, our favorite heroes have had to go incognito to avoid their enemies, the law, or their adoring fans. Thanks to the Marvel España Twitter account, we’re only just realizing that The Avengers tend to go for the same look while undercover

Sure enough, all it takes is a baseball cap and glasses and you’re basically invisible in the MCU!

The video shows Tony Stark/Iron Man, Steve Rogers/Captain America (a couple times), and Sam Wilson/Falcon all pulling off this classic disguise combo. The video also reminds us Scott Lang/Ant Man, Hope Van Dyne/Wasp, and Hank Pym all sported the accessories together in Ant-Man and the Wasp.

Some of the characters just go in for the hat, for example, Bucky Barnes/The Winter Solider and Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch. Clearly, they haven’t reached the same level of noticeability as the other characters to need glasses.

A couple other characters opted for a slightly more causal disguise: a hoodie. Some of the heroes to pull off this simple look include Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow and Scott Lang/Ant-Man (no surprise he made this list twice considering his background in thievery).

Then there is the glasses and hoodie combo, which is sported by Nick Fury.

And, of course, sometimes you go in a completely different direction and just drape a blanket over your head like Thor does in Ragnarok. Honestly, he might have the right idea!

This is how you know things got serious in Avengers: Infinity War. This time, the characters went as far as to dye their hair and/or grow beards. Sometimes, a simple added accessory just doesn’t cut it. However, based on the new trailer, it appears the characters aren’t worried about their secret looks as much anymore. While Natasha continues to rock the blonde hair, Cap has opted to shave his beard, much to the Internet’s dismay.
